Even though they are rare, earthquakes can happen in Nebraska. Find information on a Nebraska earthquake, and tell me about it in 5-7 sentences.

Last week we started talking about experimental procedures, and why they need to be specific. I want you to think of a task you do every day. Maybe it’s a chore, or something you do for a sport, or even a hobby. List in at least 20 steps how to perform this task.

I want you to think of a job or occupation you want to have when you are done with school. Tell me how science applies to that job and list some of the skills that used in that job that we also use in science.

Last week we talked about the scientific method. Tell me a simple experiment you could do at home, and what your observation, hypothesis, testing, collecting data, and conclusions might be if you were to do that experiment.
